Thanks Travis, Job Well Done We had our 'check engine' light pop on for the second time with our new Explorer. Travis diagnosed it was the same error and oxygen sensor as the las We had our 'check engine' light pop on for the second time with our new Explorer. Travis diagnosed it was the same error and oxygen sensor as the last time and it was only a short day or two since the repair so he researched deeper into the issue to find a bulletin to replace a pipe that maybe have a weld issue. He fixed her up and then noticed a recall was out for the seat and took care of that at the same time. The planned time for the fix was 1.5 hours but the shop was able to turn it around in just 45 minutes and saved us a future trip on the recall. Travis did a great job of communicating things with us and was fun to work with. Great Job! More
