I was desperate! I only have 1 vehicle. They were super busy, but said they would try to find the probem. It turned out that it needed a new engine. I was devastated, I only have 1 vehicle. They were super busy, but said they would try to find the probem. It turned out that it needed a new engine. I was devastated, wondering what I was going to do. They reassured me not to worry, that it was under warranty. They gave me a vehicle to drive while I waited for mine. Everyone at Luther Ford was very courteous and understanding. I made an Appt one week in advance for an oil change on my diesel f150. Typically, they only take an hour. It took 3.5 hrs because they didn’t have my filter and told me they needed an hour to get it. It my diesel f150. Typically, they only take an hour.
