People were very cooperative. One of the sales persons I was dealing with quit his job unknowingly to anybody. Mr Tyg Letness jump into it. But it did not take him much time to be on the ball and we completed the sale without any problems to everybody'satisfaction. I started very mad because my sales person was not there. They quite me down by telling me that he was sick,which was OK. And Tyg took over and took all the time he needed to figure things out. I left the store very happy. Issues were made right by sales manager We were basically "sold" a vehicle that was already spoken for. We found out the day we were going to finalize on the vehicle that it was already sold We were basically "sold" a vehicle that was already spoken for. Not sure how that happens or where the miscommunication was internally, but the sales manager stepped in and got us in contact with a senior sales rep who was able to get us into a different vehicle the next day.
