The reason that I didn’t give the dealership 5 stars had to do with the maintenance that the service department did to the used 2017 F150. While the engine oil was changed, nothing else was done. The windshield washer tank was empty and the rear differential was low. I couldn’t reach the gear lube with my finger. I was a tech for 20 years and it was obvious that none of the other fluids were even checked. I topped off the rear diff fluid and took oil samples of everything but the engine. Hadley did work with me and the body shop to get some minor paint defects corrected and we will get that scheduled with Scott soon. So far I like the pickup other than the tires being too aggressive and noisy, but I knew that when I brought it. It drives well and everything seems to work. I appreciate the fact that Luther inspects the vehicle and does repairs as necessary, Of course, these ratings are tentative depending upon the resolution of any issues that might crop up. But overall, purchasing the vehicle from Luther has been a positive experience. More
