Scheduled an 80,000 service and left comments about brakes and a parking sensor. Not until I arrived was I told they cannot handle brakes or sensor and that I would need to schedule with service. When I asked what the comment box was for then, she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Even after I mentioned the comments and concern with the brakes, they still failed to even look at them during initial service! There was never an apology or a "Let me see what I can do for you" in the beginning. After paying for the service, I brought my concerns and I was able to at least get my brakes inspected. Luki was helpful in this matter. They also mentioned to me that while my truck was in the bay, it failed to start twice. I have never had any issues with it starting before and I haven't since I left that appointment. Something seems odd about that situation where it wouldn't start for them. More
