They had the car I wanted and the rest was straight forward. It wasn't a high pressure environment and they even worked with me even though I showed up right at closing on a Friday. The actual purchasing process took longer than it should and the detailing of the car could have been better. When I was detailing it myself, I noticed that an animal had peed in the passenger footwell and there were some areas that needed a little more attention. I'm not blaming their detailers because they have a lot of cars to go through and the animal urine was hard to notice unless you had your head down there cleaning the seats.
