I used the drive-up lane and requested an oil change. For some reason they also performed and charged for a tire rotation. The issue must have been the person that checked me in filled out the form incorrectly. I was refunded but both the service gentlemen and lady struggled with how to correctly refund that. They didn't calculate tax when doing so, but I wasn't going to wait around so I let it go. With the cost of an oil change and having to wait and deal with issues like this makes me consider doing oil changes myself. However, since Ford makes you remove a large skid plate just to get to the drain plug, I am now considering switching brands. More
