Price increases for oil change at luther are ridiculous. $127 for just an oil change on a small car. Called to schedule appointment due to leaking coolant. Took me two weeks to get in per service. Got it, over 100000 miles because you wouldn’t get me in so now I am liable $1000. So you got the my full warranty which I never used and now want me to pay you for your shortcoming. Then you still didn’t get my oil change done after I asked you to do it. Bad service passing your pockets. Selling my fords. Not the first time my service has really been poor. I had to pay for an Uber out of own pocket since neither driver would pick me up. When I got back to the dealership where I said I needed my car at 2, I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car through an oil change which was why I scheduled the appointment with the oil change and the coolant leak. More
