Brought my vehicle in to get window and door fixed. Was charged for a window switch when it was just a broken wire. The door alignment was better but still only closed properly half the time. Brought it back and they fixed it, but I was told "If the door still isn't good enough for you then we'll need to take it to the body shop." Good enough for me? I'm sorry that I have inconvenienced you by expecting that when I pay you to fix something, you actually fix it. More

On June 27 we went to Luther Family Ford as 2 screws on the cowling under our Ford Escape were missing. We were going back to Montana the next morning and needed the screws replaced asap. We pulled up to s the cowling under our Ford Escape were missing. We were going back to Montana the next morning and needed the screws replaced asap. We pulled up to service and I spoke to Bruce Jorgenson. He said give him 2 minutes. We weren't there even 5 minutes and were not even charged for the fix. Thank You Bruce and Luther Family Ford! More
