I made an appointment through the MyGMC app and received an email confirmation. I showed up on the day of my oil change and the guy helping me could not find my appointment. But before that when I came into an email confirmation. I showed up on the day of my oil change and the guy helping me could not find my appointment. But before that when I came into the garage, I got out of my vehicle and then no one said anything to me, no greeting, no, “hi how are you today”, and no, “how can I help you?” So I awkwardly stood around for awhile and then I walked up to a counter where the guy wasn’t doing anything. Tried to check in with him and once he realized I was getting an oil change he sent me over to a different guy to check in with. The initial impression wasn’t the best. As for the service, it was completed in a timely manner. I will most likely try again. More
