Quicklube service is a joke. Didn’t properly inflate tires after rotation, and once I pointed that out, air was added. Also didn’t reset tire pressure monitors so they would reflect new positions, but when I pointed that out, the Quicklube Service manager had lame excuse that they couldn’t be reset, but clearly the service history shows those tires have been rotated during oil changes there before, and they were reprogrammed without any issues before. I have three vehicles I regularly get serviced at Luther, and I travel over 300 miles to get that service work accomplished because under any other service work, Luther has been great to work with. I haven’t had any issues with any of the regular service managers, and in fact the regular service managers (Robb, Robin, Kevin, & Paul) always show they really appreciate their customers. I greatly appreciate everything the team of regular service managers has done over the many years I’ve depended on Luther, and those four should be commended on their great work and dedication because their good work gets positive feedback (unfortunately, I didn’t get to work with any of them this time because I was only in for oil change and tire rotation, so it was all handled by Quicklube manager). This one incident at the Quicklube with that manager will cost Luther my business because I will no longer return for service. If I can’t trust something as simple as tire pressures to be accurate, I don’t know how I can trust any other work to be done with accuracy either. I’m in need of new tires soon on one of my vehicles, and another one would need them by Fall, but it looks like Luther won’t be getting my business when I need new tires either unless I can work directly with one of the four good service managers instead of Quicklube manager.
