When we first pulled up into the garage and parked a guy came over to help us and he was nice. Then another guy, one of the service guys that sit at the desk, came over and started laughing because the scre came over to help us and he was nice. Then another guy, one of the service guys that sit at the desk, came over and started laughing because the screw in our tire was quite obvious. I’m sorry, but when someone is dropping $1500 in new tires, the last thing to do is laugh. It was so rude and we honestly probably won’t be back to Luther. My husband was appalled. Luckily we can afford this but I feel awful for someone who can’t and this guy just comes up and starts laughing. So so rude. More

Pulled in, gave my info, had a snack. Played on my phone. Next thing I know I got a text. Saying they were done. Walked up to the pay window.
