This dealership seems to be worried more about money than about customer service. We purchased our vehicle brand new in 2021 from Luther. The cost to have them pick up our vehicle and bring it back to ou about customer service. We purchased our vehicle brand new in 2021 from Luther. The cost to have them pick up our vehicle and bring it back to our place if employment for an oil change was $30. The cost to rotate tires was also $30. On a vehicle we purchased brand new from them. I may be in the minority, but this seems ridiculous. More
Service guy was nice on keeping me informed on repairs but couldn’t figure issue out so replace some expensive parts for repair just for the same issue to happen again. Had an appointment at 1130am. No communication until 3pm when I texted the number asking for an update as I had a family situation come up. Responded with they are just starting i No communication until 3pm when I texted the number asking for an update as I had a family situation come up. Responded with they are just starting it now because it got bumped. When I showed up no mention of the wait and just was like this is normal. I get things happen but communication would have helped me not miss my family situation. I’ve had great experiences before this but this one will make me look elsewhere for future maintenance. More
