My car sat at the dealership for multiple days. When asked to bring it in again after the evaluation and parts were available. I was told after it sat for a couple days they were having staffing is When asked to bring it in again after the evaluation and parts were available. I was told after it sat for a couple days they were having staffing issues due to "COVID" and asked if I could bring it back in a couple weeks. During those couple weeks I received multiple calls telling me my parts were delivered at the dealership. No one called to reschedule the appointment at any time. I had to call and schedule the next appointment. Was told everything would be covered by the party I bought the car from and told numerous times everything was good to go. When the work was finished, I was told I needed to pay the taxes on the work. Not impressed by your customer service or lack there of. More
