We discovered a leak in my water pump the day before I was supposed to leave for a week-long vacation in the mountains. Even though they were very busy and this wasn't just a 45 minute job, Tyler was abl was supposed to leave for a week-long vacation in the mountains. I only had to postpone my departure time by one hour--I thought that was pretty impressive! They have always been very accomodating when I've had vehicle issues and I will definitely be giving them my repeat business. More

So I set up an appointment, go to the dealership and had to wait since only one guy could help me for some reason. Then after I was helped I received a second estimate over a hundred dollars more than the f to wait since only one guy could help me for some reason. This is not how business should be done. I do not think that they should charge 175 an hour for labor. More
