Oil change and seat I sat a Lutyer for 2.5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment. I asked them to look at my rear drivers seat because the plastic panel keeps popping off. Ever since I got it. My truck had 15k on it. So I finally get my truck back thinking well they must have fixed the seat. NOPE a tech said my elastic was stretched out! The panel looked the same as when I dropped it off. So I looked at it. No elastic. A plastic clip on the seat is broke. Didn't fix it or even diagnose the problem correctly! Not happy. They don't seem to wantvyovstsnd behind there product at all. More

He got me in by 10.30 and had a 2015 Sierra rental inside waiting for me to take home an hour away. He called twice with updates and by later in the afternoon called back saying the problem had been located and fixed and it was ready anytime for pickup. Since I had the full 100,000 mile warranty everything was taken care of including the rental. My bill was $0.00-it doesn't get much better than that. Thanks. Fran M More

Again, excellent service! Rob called last week and said the bulbs were in from the TSB and made an appointment for yesterday. I brought it in at the beginning of the day and Ro Rob called last week and said the bulbs were in from the TSB and made an appointment for yesterday. I brought it in at the beginning of the day and Rob introduced me to the service tech that would be doing the work, Derek. He called a few hours later and said it was done and everything went smoothly. They finished it before my actual appointment time! Even though they just replaced the headlight bulbs and reflashed the BCM, they still washed it before I picked it up. I have brought my vehicles here for 6 years now and experiences like this are why I will keep coming back. More

Rob Reierson in Service is the best person to deal with, as LutherFBG is the greatest car dealer I have dealt with over my lifetime of 6o plus years. Rob Reierson in Service is the best person to deal with, as LutherFBG should value him and his team dearly. He is always looking out for the customer by watching out for costs associated with repairs and the speed at which his team works is incomparable, as the workmanship and time spent is excellent. I wish other dealers (foreign especially) would follow what LutherFBG does and concern themselves more with the customer and costs than making that bottom line sky rocket. I .don't begrudge companies of making a profit, they should, but take it easy on the common customer. Some customers have limited monetary resources and it seems foreign vehicles upkeep is constant and expensive. Those companies might want to take a lesson from GM and build vehicles that last without putting a lot of money into them every time a person comes in for an oil change, usually for more maintenance costs. American car companies like GM build great vehicles that last and up keep costs are minimal. Thanks GM and thanks LutherFBG for being a great dealer of new/used vehicles and service, especially people like Rob Reierson and his serve team. More
Luther GMC to the rescue I woke up to a dead battery on saturday morning on our 2014 Terrain we purchased in November. After my husband jumped it with our other car, I brought it to the service department. Kevin Lindgren was able to get the Terrain in that day to be looked at however we had plans out of town for the day. Kevin was able to provide us with another vehicle to get us through the day as they worked on the Terrain. Tom Carrier, our salesman, even came to the service dept to reassure me things would be taken care of. Luther called me in the afternoon to report it was a bad battery and that they had replaced it as well as changed the oil, which was scheduled for next week. (so thorough) We returned the loaner Acadia that afternoon and were EXTREMELY satified with the care they provided both to us and our Terrian. Thank you Kevin and Tom!!! More

I initially dealt with Kevin who told me the parts weren't yet available, and that I didn't need an oil change yet. After several more weeks waiting for the part to become available, I returned to the dealership and scheduled an appointment with Paul. I had my Cadillac repaired and the oil changed. All the work was done in just over an hour, and my vehicle was washed and ready to go! This is the type of service I've come to expect from Luther Family Buick GMC, and haven't been disappointed yet. I've bought my last 3 vehicles at this dealership, dealing with Ron Nelson, and plan to buy my next one there also. Thanks for another great experience. More
