The day that I took it in they figured out the problem fast and replaced the parts that day. The only thing I had a problem with was when I got my vehicle back it was towards closing. I opened the door and seen an oil stain on my seat and handle of the drivers side door. If they truly care about everything they would have noticed a black stain on tan interior. More

Honest, Friendly, Very Helpful My signal lights and flasher wasn't working. I got estimates from several service shops in town with most of them saying I needed to replace everythi My signal lights and flasher wasn't working. I got estimates from several service shops in town with most of them saying I needed to replace everything related to this including cruise control, etc which would have costed me $650 to $800. I then got an estimate from Luther, and the associate Robin told me that replacing everything was not the solution. Only the signal switch and flasher needed repairs. The estimate cost? $330. I went on ladies day so I could get 10% off, and to my surprise, I got the repairs done right and even cheaper for $277. I feel I can trust these guys because they will only put in what is needed. Appreciate them. More
Unable to fix problem For the past 9 months there have been about 6 times my vehicle would not start... I would have to have it towed in. The service department would retu For the past 9 months there have been about 6 times my vehicle would not start... I would have to have it towed in. The service department would return the vehicle to me and report that it was "working as designed." A week or a month or two months later, the same thing would happen...unable to start or turn over engine..call the tow truck again. I did not dare take the vehicle out-of-town and was never sure it would start. The warranty expired one month ago. This week they believe they found the problem and replaced fuse panel, and of course charged me for it. I have now idea if it is fixed or not. I traded it today.. No more GM for me. Enough is enough. More
