The Service Center Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection revealed repairs after their engine oil change that brought the Chevrolet Equinox performance to it's normal safe driving specifications. Although t revealed repairs after their engine oil change that brought the Chevrolet Equinox performance to it's normal safe driving specifications. Fast service, friendly staff, clean establishment. Asked them to check for a leak on a hose while doing maintenance on my transmission. They didn’t find it and said everything looked fine. I asked about my vehicle running warm and they said “I don’t kno maintenance on my transmission. They didn’t find it and said everything looked fine. I asked about my vehicle running warm and they said “I don’t know about that”. I immediately took it to my primary location for service and they found it within 2 minutes. Antifreeze was spraying everywhere. Very disgusted. I also left with a locked strut that was 100% not locked when I dropped it off, and the vehicle drove worse than when I dropped it off. I asked about the cause and they said “I had gotten used to the poor ride of my vehicle”. Very upset with them. Left with more problems than I dropped it off with. It was at least done in time. More
