There was considerable difficulty isolating what was happening with the electronics of my 2015 Buick. I had to return a few times before it was solved. I came in a week prior with a noise on my vehicle. An employee rode with me and heard the noise and then another employee made the appointment. I then had to tell them where to look for the issue in order for them to figure what was making the noise. I was disappointed in the lack of documentation on where the noise was coming from especially since an employee heard it and relayed the information to the guy making the appointment. I feel if I were not to tell where to look they would have just been done with my vehicle and not looked further on the issue. More
