Dealer seemed to understand my issue right away. They were busy but found time to get my vehicle in and had it ready the same day. Seems as if the problem I had has been resolved. Horrible. They told me 1-1.5 hours to change my oil at the quick lube. So I left my truck there for 1.5 hours and when I came back they hadn’t even started on it yet. I’m a bit disappointed that the person rotating tires didn’t actually check and adjust tire pressure on any tires despite the bill saying it was done. The recommended tire pressure for each tire is on a plate inside the driver’s door, and a Heavy Duty 3/4 ton should have more tire pressure in back tires than front tires. When rotating tires, the service person simply left the the same pressure in each tire even though they were now in different locations. This means that now the front tires were way over-inflated and the rear tires were way under-inflated. More
