The first person I spoke to was quite condescending and insisted I had to leave my car overnight or longer because it would take several hours to find the problem. Had to go back due to oil filter not being tight and leaked oil on my garage floor. Was told I don't have to pay after they put on a new filter? Why would I pay for a mistake?
