Andrew was great. But what I’m disappointed in was that I ended up needing a loaner car for a few hours. A worker brought a Terrain in that was completely covered in snow & ice. He scraped the windshield I ended up needing a loaner car for a few hours. A worker brought a Terrain in that was completely covered in snow & ice. He scraped the windshield off slightly then expected me to drive away with a cold iced up car that you couldn’t see clearly out any of the windows. The worker walked away and another guy told me that the car was “ready”. I felt forced out with a cold car that nobody cared to warm up for me. Very poor & rude service as nobody seemed to care. Every time I go in for oil change I always come out with a bill that was triple the cost of the oil change. Just for the simple oil change and tire rotation it took nearly 2 hours so when I was promised tha a bill that was triple the cost of the oil change. Just for the simple oil change and tire rotation it took nearly 2 hours so when I was promised that it would be close to an hour. I was very frustrated and their customer service is extremely poor. When I asked how much longer it would be if I was told multiple times that it would just be a few more minutes. Not overly helpful. They ended up finding a leak in one of the hoses in my vehicle and said that they could easily fix it for $480. I chose to get a second opinion at a different mechanic and was told that there were no leaks in the engine. I really feel that this dealership tries to nickel and dime every penny and screw the customer over. It will be my last oil change at this location. More
