I scheduled my oil change 3 weeks in advance. Showed up at my scheduled time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 2 hrs! This should not have taken this long. I asked how much longer due to weather and the bus dropping my kids off at my house. Thank the lord my neighbor was home because my kids would have been waiting on the door step. Next time, if there is one, I will not schedule it any time after noon! It was ridiculous how long it took. Not impressed at all. More
