Not sure they actually inspected my car? Service - Oil Change Rob in service was excellent to work with. I was scheduled for my first oil change on my 2014 Encore and was immediately taken care of. I also had an issue with a wiper and said he would take care of the issue for me. Within 45 minutes the oil change was done and he said the technician was not happy with the way the wiper arm was working and said it needed to be replaced. The part was ordered, and he will contact me when it arrives. More
My old Saturn is secure once again. Unfortunately I went into Luther for an oil change, tire rotation, and a chattering sound coming from the rear door lock (which was not locking either Unfortunately I went into Luther for an oil change, tire rotation, and a chattering sound coming from the rear door lock (which was not locking either). My poor 11-year-old Saturn Vue (which I have loved) couldn't be completely fixed due to the simple fact that Saturn parts (GM) are no longer available. But Luther did what they could to get my door locks and security system to work. While I wish it would not have cost me so much at a time when I was not expecting a big bill, at least my vehicle is at the best it can be. The courtesy driver was also very pleasant (do not know his name). More

Great Place to Go When trying to start my Buick Enclave one morning, it was completely dead. I called my dealer, Luther Family Buick, and was told I should call Buick When trying to start my Buick Enclave one morning, it was completely dead. I called my dealer, Luther Family Buick, and was told I should call Buick roadside assistance. They picked up my car and brought it to Luther. A couple of hours later I received a call from Paul telling me that the car was ready to pick up. He also explained exactly what had been wrong. I told him that my husband was not feeling well at the time and asked if they could deliver the car to us. In 5 minutes he called me back to tell me he had found a driver to deliver the car and that the driver would be picked up by their van. I consider this excellent service. Thank you Luther Buick. More
I felt like I was a bother and wasting their precious time. I had scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the sales rep Bryce spend most of his time taking care of another reps sale. The only time he spent with me was when the "sales manager" gave him the poorly written "offer" on my trades! When he could find time to squeeze in some discussion and negotiation, he was disrespectful of the vehicles I was wanting to trade! The old attitude of "you should happy we even considering giving anything for those vehicles!" Like they were doing me a favor taking them off my hands! Much of the time spent with me he was very distracted with the the other couple who had already purchased from another rep...... Sorry Luther, I had purchased two vehicles from you before but felt like my past and future business with you was meaningless ! I took my two trades and drove and hour and half north and found a dealership that valued my business and treated me with respect. Your dealership is a minute and a half from my office but I will choose to drive the hour plus in the future and go where I'm treated with respect! The lesson I have learned is that shopping and spending the time researching where you spend your money is worth it! I struggle to blame young Bryce for this whole debacle! Is was the culture of old school slappy car sales that teaches him how to treat customers! Luther, my suggestion would be you better better answer the call, the 70's would like their leisure suit back! More
We had a good experience with Richard on our last purchase with Luther. Also, the service department is great. Richard did a good job of explaining the new vehicle and we felt he was as excited abo purchase with Luther. Also, the service department is great. Luthers service department is a good experience also. You drive into the department and they take it from there. They also bring the vehicle back into the drive thru area so you don't have to venture out into the elements on a nasty day. They always vacuum and wash it for you too. Nice lounge to wait in with snacks, drinks and tvs. Lots of reading materials available so seems shorter time to wait. More
I called to schedule an appointment and was placed on hold for a very long time. After finally getting the appointment scheduled AND a confirmation email with the date and time I show up the day of my hold for a very long time. After finally getting the appointment scheduled AND a confirmation email with the date and time I show up the day of my appointment and they can't find me in the system. On thier end it's scheduled for the next day. Even though my email confirmation showed the current day. They did work at squeezing me in but the service advisor I spoke with barely made eye contact with me and you could tell he was annoyed with me because my appointment was for the next day - even though I showed him the confirmation email with today's date and time. I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle I purchased from them a little over a year ago. It's been in for service once a month for something or other. It's very frustrating. And they never have the parts they need on hand. They always have to order the parts so I have to drop my car off a second time to resolve any problem. And yes they usually wash the car when they are done so when they don't, it's very noticable. The service is not consistant. Sometimes I get a friendly smile, car washed, bottle of water in my vehicle and coupons, sometimes I get nothing. On two occasions they have ordered the parts for my vehicle and said they would call when they arrived but no one called me. I ended up having to call in and check on it and found out they were there. I even have left messages with service advisors asking questions and for them to call me and no one ever got back to me. They also didn't explain to me when they sold me the vehicle that the CPO service plan only covers 4 oil changes a year not as many oil changes as you need in the 2 year/30,000 mile period. Very frustrating. More
