Rob Reierson in Service is the best person to deal with, as LutherFBG should value him and his team dearly. He is always looking out for the customer by watching out for costs associated with repairs and the speed at which his team works is incomparable, as the workmanship and time spent is excellent. I wish other dealers (foreign especially) would follow what LutherFBG does and concern themselves more with the customer and costs than making that bottom line sky rocket. I .don't begrudge companies of making a profit, they should, but take it easy on the common customer. Some customers have limited monetary resources and it seems foreign vehicles upkeep is constant and expensive. Those companies might want to take a lesson from GM and build vehicles that last without putting a lot of money into them every time a person comes in for an oil change, usually for more maintenance costs. American car companies like GM build great vehicles that last and up keep costs are minimal. Thanks GM and thanks LutherFBG for being a great dealer of new/used vehicles and service, especially people like Rob Reierson and his serve team. More
Luther GMC to the rescue I woke up to a dead battery on saturday morning on our 2014 Terrain we purchased in November. After my husband jumped it with our other car, I brought it to the service department. Kevin Lindgren was able to get the Terrain in that day to be looked at however we had plans out of town for the day. Kevin was able to provide us with another vehicle to get us through the day as they worked on the Terrain. Tom Carrier, our salesman, even came to the service dept to reassure me things would be taken care of. Luther called me in the afternoon to report it was a bad battery and that they had replaced it as well as changed the oil, which was scheduled for next week. (so thorough) We returned the loaner Acadia that afternoon and were EXTREMELY satified with the care they provided both to us and our Terrian. Thank you Kevin and Tom!!! More

Prior to coming in, I had Internet correspondence from Nathan which was very helpful in making the preparation for the day much easier. Recall work and oil change. I returned my vehicle to LFBGMC for minor GMC recall work (a bolt). I initially dealt with Kevin who told me the parts weren't yet available, and that I returned my vehicle to LFBGMC for minor GMC recall work (a bolt). I initially dealt with Kevin who told me the parts weren't yet available, and that I didn't need an oil change yet. After several more weeks waiting for the part to become available, I returned to the dealership and scheduled an appointment with Paul. I had my Cadillac repaired and the oil changed. All the work was done in just over an hour, and my vehicle was washed and ready to go! This is the type of service I've come to expect from Luther Family Buick GMC, and haven't been disappointed yet. I've bought my last 3 vehicles at this dealership, dealing with Ron Nelson, and plan to buy my next one there also. Thanks for another great experience. More

Had/have to make return trips I had my car in for an oil change and to replace a headlight less than a month ago. Excellent service Stopped by Luther Buick and spoke with Kevin. Told him of the noise my car was making and how it was acting. He thought it may be wheel bearings and said this could be dangerous. He squeezed me in and they found both front wheels had bearings going out! Excellent service, very timely manner. No Company Better My experience with the Service dept (Rob Reinnerson) and his staff is always superior to anyone elses' in my car ownership history of 60 years. I called Rob and told him of my issue with my oil drain plug and the difficultly of scheduling a time to get it in for service. At first as a result of not being able to schedule a time with Luther Family Buick GMC I had to take my car to Jiffy Lube, bad idea. They told me they couldn't get the drain plug out and they couldn't do anything for me. After the bad handling by Jiffy Lube, I got just minutes before, I called Rob and he got me right in and fixed the issue with the oil drain plug right away and I was leaving Luther Family Buick GMC in less than an hour. I know for a fact no other company would have done this for me. Thanks Rob Reinnerson and the others in the Service dept. By the way, this isn't the first time Luther Family Buick GMC as gone above and beyond normal business practice for me either. Case in point, in 2004 I had purchased a GMC Envoy from Luther Family Buick GMC and Dan Volk was my salesman. In February of 2005, I was bringing my wife to work and I hit a patch of ice and ended up rolling my Envoy into a ditch. I then had the vehicle towed into Luther Family Buick GMC for repair and didn't have a way to get home. So, Dan Volk, Luther Family Buick GMC salesman drove me home. Not to exceptional right, except my home is 45 miles away from town. Dan was allow by Luther Family Buick GMC to spend time and drive me home. I will never forget this and I will always have thanks in my heart for him and what Luther Family Buick GMC did for me that day. My advice for anyone looking for not only service, but also purchasing a vehicle, go to Luther Family Buick GMC. Those people in that company actually care about you for everything. They deserve an award and the best reward I can think of, is to do business with them. I will buy from Luther Family Buick GMC all future new vehicles and I will get my vehicles serviced by them always. More
