Overall a good experience. Karen was very helpful and accommodating especially when it came to keeping my one year old daughter occupied. The one complaint I have is the backup Karen was very helpful and accommodating especially when it came to keeping my one year old daughter occupied. The one complaint I have is the backup camera on the pickup was not working when I test drove it and it still was not working when I drove it home. She knew about it but nothing was done. Others in the dealership had to have driven the pickup and known this. Does raises a question mark. More

Great experience with a vehicle purchase I worked with Karen Ust-Grothmann of Luther Family Buick-GMC to purchase a truck. I am 240 miles from the dealership so wanted to make sure the truck I worked with Karen Ust-Grothmann of Luther Family Buick-GMC to purchase a truck. I am 240 miles from the dealership so wanted to make sure the truck was in good shape. Karen took pictures and sent to me to verify the condition. I indicated I wanted the truck contingent upon inspection. I sent Karen my information in advance and completed the dealerships on-line financing form. I traveled with my wife to purchase the truck. We were pleasantly met by Karen. Karen let us inspect and drive the truck and it was in the condition stated. Karen gave us a tour of the dealership, reviewed special care items and provided special incentives. Lastly, Karen brought us to the finance area where we met Mark. A very fast process to complete the paperwork. We were on the road in less then 2 hours. Great experience and I would highly recommend Luther Family Buick-GMC for vehicle purchases.
