Oil change appointment. Didn’t top off all my liquids. My anti-freeze was low and wasn’t even mentioned. My cabin air filter was filthy, again not mentioned. My tire pressur Didn’t top off all my liquids. My anti-freeze was low and wasn’t even mentioned. My cabin air filter was filthy, again not mentioned. My tire pressure on all four tires was at least 5psi different in each tire. My wife brought my vehicle in for the oil change and I didn’t notice these things until I returned home from being away for work a couple weeks later. The truck had since been parked in our garage. I’m not too happy, given the price for changing oil and inspection that is promised. More

Robb was very good at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to correct the problem. When I picked my car up Robb was gone for the day but the others were extremely helpfu with my car and what needed to be done to correct the problem.
