Finance manager Mark Carlson was very easy to work with very knowledgeable with my finances during this purchase also, I was impressed by both of these men for giving me great customer attention. One note: a consideration for customers that are trading in a vehicle to consider having the appraiser ask the customer some questions before begin and may have assumed they were issues when they were not before they make a final assessment trade in price. I believe my trade-in vehicle was worth more than I agreed to. That is another story I guess anyway, I am still trying to learn all the different operations of a GMC versus a Ford that I just traded.
