The Service Center repaired a check engine light, a traction control system light, and a front driveline noise. He helped my sales transaction go smoothly, was up to my expectations considering how expensive these vehicles are in this day and age. Finance manager Mark Carlson was very easy to work with very knowledgeable with my finances during this purchase also, I was impressed by both of these men for giving me great customer attention. One note: a consideration for customers that are trading in a vehicle to consider having the appraiser ask the customer some questions before begin and may have assumed they were issues when they were not before they make a final assessment trade in price. I believe my trade-in vehicle was worth more than I agreed to. That is another story I guess anyway, I am still trying to learn all the different operations of a GMC versus a Ford that I just traded.
