While I’m satisfied with the professional level of the service advisor I worked with. I’m giving this a low rating for the following reason. Upon checking my oil for the first time following service with service advisor I worked with. I’m giving this a low rating for the following reason. Upon checking my oil for the first time following service with no other party/parties having access to my vehicle since, nor be checking under the hood I found the oil dipstick not fully inserted in the tube but extended out approximately 2-3 inches allowing dirt and debris in. Had to go back due to oil filter not being tight and leaked oil on my garage floor. Was told I don't have to pay after they put on a new filter? Why would I pay for a mistake? I probably took that the w leaked oil on my garage floor. Was told I don't have to pay after they put on a new filter? Why would I pay for a mistake? I probably took that the wrong way since I had to drive back in for the fix but the service team didn't say sorry once for the mistake. I now have oil to clean up in my garage and also wasted my time and gas money, I am 30 mins from the dealer.i have already had so many issue with the brand new truck I don't think I will buy another gmc More
