Your service center and advisors are five star….your central call station that is offsite and try’s to tell me they booked for weeks is zero stars….was on my way to another dealer when service advisor c central call station that is offsite and try’s to tell me they booked for weeks is zero stars….was on my way to another dealer when service advisor called be and got me right in despite call center trying to tell me they were weeks out even though I told here I was taking to the Chevy dealer…the employee or consultant that spearheaded the call center needs to be immediately fired. This will lose you untold business and recommendations. More
