The men have huge egos and refuse or make excuses why they can’t ask or bring prices down because your a one price today which is xx. Or the fact I was female I got be little or told what will happen and what I should do when I am the one paying full cash. Customer service and making sure your customer gets what they want need so much improved, sales people on there cellphones, just walking around chatting with each other, the dress code and what I saw staff wear is horrible. T-shirt , jeans and sneaker don’t work for me when I am dropping thousands of dollar. Have some standard and be business apparel and look the part. Also learn the run down of your the vehicles and know how to pitch them instead of looking on your cell phone. There so much more but you get the point More
