The service department was very helpful in getting my vehicle in and looked at. I was offered a ride from the dealership. They also sent a courtesy vehicle to pick me up when my vehicle was finished. I received a phone call from the service manager explaining what was defective about the vehicle and a estimate of the repairs. The service manager and the courtesy van driver were very friendly.
