We had a problem with our Buick, as of today the problem has not been found by the dealership. But they drove it for a week and couldn't get it act up. So, Paul the service manager is keeping an open repair has not been found by the dealership. But they drove it for a week and couldn't get it act up. So, Paul the service manager is keeping an open repair ticket on the car. He even arranged a rental car for us. Now, today, my father had a starting problem with his three-year-old Buick. It was parked in an underground parking garage. He is 97 this month and gets really confused. I call Paul at Luther Family Buick. He sent over a repair person within the hour.
