Charlie Younquist got me right in. Our 2020 Escalade had a bad battery. Charlie got it tested and fixed up the very next day. I called and talked with Joseph Kling, Sales Representative. I came in did a test drive discussed a couple of issues I found on the test drive. I took the vehicle to my mechanic had it checked o Representative. I came in did a test drive discussed a couple of issues I found on the test drive. I took the vehicle to my mechanic had it checked over and found it was in good shape. Long Cadillac aligned the vehicle and I agreed to purchase. Not sure I like the "no haggle" pricing because of the used car drought, but, the vehicle is worth the price tag. I am enjoying figuring out all the bells and whistles after Joseph's guided tour.
