It took a long time to get the LPO items that were needed for my new XT5 - almost 2 months, but not the dealer's fault. I am going to say excellent but I had a few things I'd like to mention. I really liked my service advisor, Jeff Hetrick. I was a little bummed the tech didn't put the tire/lug nut keys away where he found them, instead they were just left in the trunk (usually kept with spare tire) I like it left with the spare tire so when I ask my kids to get EVERYTHING out of the trunk they don't take things we might need later- like the tire or lug nut keys. Also, I never get a car wash after service, its always broken or not running or they are running behind, I think this time there were deliveries happening so it didn't washed but I heard they washed the gal before me. PLEASE, if you're not going to wash my car don't let me hear you are washing other people's cars. Maybe a voucher for a car wash if you don't have time for a full service vistit with my cadillac. I really liked the video showing under the car and that everything was ok, however why stop there, why not show the "work" or oil change in the process so I know it was really done? I had a quick visit with Alix Moise, he is always busy but made time to make sure everything was good with me, Alix is also awesome! The lobby was clean and the snacks were great! More
