From the moment I pulled into the service center I was spoken to in a misogynistic tone. Once my car had been diagnosed, I had questions about the service that was being performed. I went out to the servi spoken to in a misogynistic tone. Once my car had been diagnosed, I had questions about the service that was being performed. I went out to the service desk to speak with Jeff and was mocked by Jeff and another employee for the questions I asked. I have never had an issue at this location and was surprised by the way I was treated. I cannot get over the feeling that if I had been a man I would not have been treated the way I was. I instantly felt that I had to be on the defense going forward during my service visit. Needless to say, I will be taking my business to another location. The gentleman who runs the shuttle service is excellent and could teach Jeff a thing or two about customer service. I did appreciate that after the wheel bearing was replaced my vehicle was taken on a test drive and a noise was heard and fixed. More

The staff was excellent and very easy to work with. That deserves 4-stars.. My diagnosis and estimate PRICE GOUGE.
