I had a 9AM appointment for my car to be picked up driver called at 9:30 to verify the pick up address arrived closer to 10, talks to a rude service provider who continuously spoke over me, around 3PM I rece called at 9:30 to verify the pick up address arrived closer to 10, talks to a rude service provider who continuously spoke over me, around 3PM I received a call informing that they have not had a chance to “pull the ward in” and I should just keep the “rental” that I thought was a “loaner” then he corrected the verbiage but b4 was quoting a price for the use of it. After having my car for over 24hrs I get a call the next day to tell me they had “drove” it and didn’t hear the sound that I mentioned. If he would have listened in the 1st place I had already informed him the sound “comes and goes” at that point I asked for my car to be returned. The service provider I worked with was rude and condescending! More
