Three attempts needed. First time it was returned to me as repaired but within minutes I drove it and it was not. Second time I brought it in but a special order part had not been ordered. I realized I had as repaired but within minutes I drove it and it was not. Second time I brought it in but a special order part had not been ordered. I realized I had an email confirming the appointment in which it was specifically mentioned that the special part had to be ordered. The email confirmed my belief that this was not a failure to realize the part was needed but a failure to order a part known to be needed. Third time: I arranged for pick up. Scheduling was quite difficult. It has now been working properly. More

Great place for your car to be serviced. Employees very friendly, professional and efficient. Spacious waiting area with plenty of complimentary refreshments and snacks.
