I've never had an experience so poor. I hope you guys consider eliminating your 4PM appointment if you don't have time to provide the complete services of the visit. I booked the appointment wells ago, plenty of time to receive a courtesy phone call letting me know that all the items in my schedule appointment wouldn't be addressed. It would've been great to schedule an earlier appointment to be sure all needs were addressed. There were several people in the auto shop. Yet somehow the car wash station was too busy for my car to receive a watch. I'm not sure why the others who were there weren't assisting with washing the cars. Again, this would have all been a non-issue had I received a courtesy call days prior. Or if you remove the 4 PM appointment altogether. More

Outstanding customer service! Jeff was extremely helpful. He took extra time to look into my concerns about the needed repairs and made sure everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. In addit He took extra time to look into my concerns about the needed repairs and made sure everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. In addition to his thorough explanation of the work to be done, I appreciated receiving texts with a video inspection of my car both before and after the repairs. The car was repaired and ready sooner than expected; and when I picked it up it was clean, including the inside door jam! I am very happy with the service and repairs. I'd gladly recommend Jeff and Luther Cadillac's service center for their professional, trustworthy service. More
