Perry the GM was instrumentational in getting our issues corrected, we had much frustration at the beginning of the purchase. Chad in finance department was where I believe some of our problems & issues be corrected, we had much frustration at the beginning of the purchase. Chad in finance department was where I believe some of our problems & issues began. We are seniors and needed our sons guidance which unfortunately may have added to the communication issues. As I indicated at the beginning of this review it was with the assistance of Perry that we were able to resolve our issues & concerns. We purchased the automobile in July and we now have our vehicle detailing's completed in Sept. The dealership was moving from Roseville to Vadnais Heights at the beginning of the ordeal, which accounts for some of the time constraints. During the course of this process we had 3 different courtesy vehicles. All seems to be good now. Perry and Stacey, thanks for your guidance and help. More
