I have had two issues which required warranty work on my 2018 XT5. The first was resolved easily, the second issue was more complex. I was accommodated on both. The cause of the second issue is not certain, but they were willing to order a part and see if it would correct the problem. They were very supportive and friendly in attempting to rectify my problem. They said they hoped the fix they tried will correct the problem but to come back if it does not. I appreciated that they were willing to try a fix, even though it is not certain that it will be successful. I am hopeful. They sincerely tried to find the solution and I find that commendable. More

Every person I talked with from the service writer to the shuttle driver and cashier were very pleasant. The only reason I gave it a four star review is because I dropped my car at 11:30 on Monday and by 11: shuttle driver and cashier were very pleasant. The only reason I gave it a four star review is because I dropped my car at 11:30 on Monday and by 11:30 on Wednesday they hadn’t even looked at it yet and I had hoped that they could diagnose the problem order parts and repair the truck by Friday but since they didn’t even figure out the problem until late Wednesday afternoon I had to pick the truck up Thursday morning without the repair completed since parts had to come from Michigan. Since I live quite a distance from the Cadillac dealership and there isn’t one closer I know we need to make a second appointment I’ll have the repair done by someone else. More
Check in and pick up was very fast. Charlie was awesome and explained everything very clearly to me. I loved the video inspection.
