We bought a new XT5 and when we got it home, we found two small paint issues. I took it back in and was immediately told Luther would take care of it and that they could match the new paint quality. I brought my 1995 Deville in for repair because I have no heat in the winter. They checked the vacuum, the heat of the engine, and the heater core. I think the car needs a new HVAC blend door actuator. That part is no longer available from Cadillac. It is under the dash. So they stopped their problem solving at that point. When I got home I got on the Internet. A new blend door actuator made by Dorman can be bought for less than $40. So I will take the dash off myself and complete the repair. Then I can drive my car in the winter. More
