A 45K mile service took way too long to be completed. While I appreciated the Concierge Service of picking up my vehicle, I did not appreciate it would not be returned until 5pm the NEXT day. I understan While I appreciated the Concierge Service of picking up my vehicle, I did not appreciate it would not be returned until 5pm the NEXT day. I understand their service dept was swamped, but communication of that fact should have been done ahead time. More

I am very satisfied with the service I received when my battery to my 2021 Cadillac XT-5 died. A technician was prompt in coming to my condo to jump start my Cadillac. At Luther the service department fu battery to my 2021 Cadillac XT-5 died. A technician was prompt in coming to my condo to jump start my Cadillac.
