Good service As always I had a good service experience. Three things come to mind : I had the best quality car wash done which was a pleasant surprise. I would appreciate it if the service department did more homework before hand regarding additional work like recalls. My whole afternoon schedule had to be changed due to tying up the vehicle more than planned . Having the loaner xt5 is a nice option to the customer. Thanks John Swanson More
oil change and tire rotation took way too long I was told this would take 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, I was there for 2 hours.....with no communication as to why the delay. One of the worst customer service experiences. Repair took longer than initially quoted. Double market price will be charged for gasoline usage if you are offered a loaner so make sure to fill the tank. This longer than initially quoted. Instead of offering the going rate for the price of gasoline due to the miscommunication, I was forced to drive about Roseville seeking a gas station. The staff was rude and offered no apology. More
