Don’t trust them I felt as if I was being taken advantage of because of someone who may have some money and who has a warranty on the vehicle that was wrong in many c I felt as if I was being taken advantage of because of someone who may have some money and who has a warranty on the vehicle that was wrong in many contradictions with the plan for service call after call asking to approve of more diagnostic time I was also told a specific problem that was going to be fixed that wasn’t true so there was more time requested for diagnostics hours to be charged During the 5 weeks my vehicle was in for service I feel there was unnecessary charges to me after it was all said and done outside of my warranty coverage which doesn’t make sense if the warranty company won’t pay for it there must be a reason why when I picked my car up the service manager told me I was only responsible for the 100 deductable then later received a call asking for more money just a long drag a horrible experience and when I drove me vehicle away I noticed the alignment on my steering wheel was off and still is but I don’t even wanna deal with them about after just getting my car back after 5 weeks More
Upset When in for oil change then she said I needed to rotate tires rotate so I had that done went to get in my car got all the way home they never rotated When in for oil change then she said I needed to rotate tires rotate so I had that done went to get in my car got all the way home they never rotated my tires because my tire pressure once a 40 to 1 said 38 and that’s how I was when I had the tire fixed on the weekends on the go plus they messed up my turn arrow light so I called them back and left a message after they closed very disappointment with the new staff at Luther him I liked it better when it was Wally McCarthy they got rid of all the old staff due to the union and I guess no more union at Wallys so old staff was great they took care of their customers and they was genuinely honest when it came to their customers to I am so upset after they fix my car and rotate my tires I’m not coming back there been a customer for 3+ years with this vehicle and on going with the other vehicles and years family‘s been going there for say 25+ years . All I needed was more Freon for my car and the test. There charge was $296.00, competitor for same service quoted $60-$100. Could not determine any difference in what was to be provided. Their invoice indicates that I received an estimate of $300. Do not recall so can not dispute. Bottom line: buyer beware and check all the facts before you say yes. More

When I got my car back all my settings were changed and I just got a new CUE system but there were fingerprints all over it. Also my cup holder wasn’t connected correctly so I couldn’t close it but the solution was easy so I think if they would of spent 30sec and made sure all of the small things were tended too I would of rated them 5 stars. My 2016 XTS exceeded 50,000 mil This was my first time utilizing the Service Center since this dealership became Luther Cadillac. I was not impressed. My 2016 XTS exceeded 50,000 miles. I did an online chat with Cadillac to find out how much an oil change and tire rotation would cost since my premium care was no longer in force. They couldn't answer that question and said someone from the dealership would contact me. After 2 days, no one did. So I called Luther Cadillac directly. I got my usual service tech's voice-mail and asked him how much it would cost. After 2 days, no call back. So I called the Luther Cadillac service scheduling number and was able to get a quote and schedule my car for maintenance very quickly. They did the oil change and tire rotation in under an hour- they estimated it would take 1.5hrs. But I don't understand why it cost almost $100! They charged me the amount quoted, but that is a lot for an oil change and tire rotation. And while they offered to wash my car, they did a very shoddy job washing it, and then parked my car under a tree. Birds had already started "decorating" it by the time I paid the bill and got my key. Aargh! More
