I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. T I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There was only one person at the counter to write up my vehicle. I had to wait at least I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There was only one person at the counter to write up my vehicle. I had to wait at least 15 minutes before he wrote up my vehicle. I finally had to go check to see if my vehicle was ready yet. The paper work was sitting on the counter !! More

I wasn’t impressed when I brought my loaner car. Sure isn’t like Wally’s they were friendly. When I brought back my loaner car I must have interrupted this mans lunch because he wasn’t very friendly. He brought my car around and I said to him “ I love the SUV ( it was the XL5, I think that’s the name of it). He said “yes it’s a nice one”. And walked back into the building. Hmmmm ? They both have gone out of their way on a number of occassions to make our experience exceptional. I just want to publicly recognize them for their excellence. The communication about what was happening was lacking. I got one phone call at 6:00 one night, when I unfortunately didn't have my phone with me. I called back right away, got, "well, Charlie is working on that, I don't know much about it, I'm sure he'll call you around 7:30 tomorrow". No call, I had to call. each time after that I was told I'd get a call, and got no call. When my car wad done, they brought my car to me...that was AWESOME. When I got in my car to go home, all the radio presets were changed, the steering wheel felt greasy and my hands were dirty after driving home. I got home, looked in the back seat, and there was popcorn all over my back seat. I called to let them know that this was not okay, haven't heard anything from them. More

Cadillac Deville A/C repair Deville was in shop 10 days and I was asked to bring them fittings during then. Next was told needed new A/C lines, A/C compressor and sensors, along Deville was in shop 10 days and I was asked to bring them fittings during then. Next was told needed new A/C lines, A/C compressor and sensors, along with a diagnostic charge and Freon. Called to stop in and pick up car, repaired and blowing Cold air. Paid $1652 plus $68 for conversion fittings I supplied them. Left dealership with no A/C, blowing warm air 45 minutes. Next morning had cold air 30 minutes, later same day drove car was blowing warm air and same A/C warning light on when brought in. Returned car . More
