Oil change They did not check my tires the way that I asked them to. I received a diagnostic report from Cadillac the next day and three of the tires were uninf They did not check my tires the way that I asked them to. I received a diagnostic report from Cadillac the next day and three of the tires were uninflated. I did not get a wash job on my car because there was a back up in the car wash. I was in the service department for over three hours. It was a lot slower than McCarthy. I am sure that they will improve because Luther just took over the Company. More
Proof of service I brought my car in for a check engine light. Dealer made me provide proof of oil change in order to qualify for warranty. After jumping through the hoops to satisfy the request they changed the diagnosis to some sensors ( less expensive) than the timing chain diagnosis. They also did not address the additional items to check. More

Charlie was very helpful & took care of all issues I had the water pump replaced, next day there was leaking under my car. I called Charlie, he fit me right in. Some complexity with repairs challenged the team d “Pristine 92 Cadillac Deville just over 40,000 miles.....brought in for Air Conditioning repairs. Some complexity with repairs challenged the team dealing with a car of that era. I was pleasantly surprised the Service Manager (Jeramie Harding) was an accomplished manager with years of experience, and yet very humble. With his expertise he escalated the repair to the best mechanics for familiarity and know-how. With my 34 years experience in management at Ford Motor Company Assembly Operations i could apprehend clearly with certainty this was a nonstandard repair with difficulties that required thinking beyond the service manuals. The Service Manager assured me it would be fixed - took responsibility and worked with mechanics, test drove the car multiple times until he knew the corrections were resolved completely. The car was there for many days, and was kept indoors, washed and handled with kid gloves. The Assistand Service Manager (Charlie Youngquist) was awesomed, left messages, and emailed me to update me on the service. I was given a Cadillac loaner, and the Service Manager himself brought the vehicle to my house for me to test drive and see if it was to my satisfaction. He was a gentleman and very professional at all times. Luther Cadillac is the only stop for my Caddy! Also, the service area “shined” even the floor! “ More
