Took too long I had an appointment for an oil and to do a heated seat recall, reprogram auto start sequence so seat doesn't come on when remote started. They also found second recall that couldn't be completed. When I made the appointment they said would take 90 minutes. It took 2 1/2 hours. I would occasionally look into the serve bay there it sat with no one working on it. More

Luther Cadillac service experince Brought car in for scheduled (prebooked) oil change that I was told would last about an hour. It lasted over two hours while I waited. Previous car maintenance had $500 worth of parts installed that I did not authorize. While car was in for oil change, I inquired to a used car salesperson about the interest in buying my car. Salesperson came back to me a while later with a CarFax report showing an obvious clerical error from the MN DMV showing my milage as 26,411 miles in May 2017, where other maintenance work on the car previous to that date showed 54,000 and 68,000. She claimed the odometer had been tampered with. The car, which had been serviced in the same dealer several times and has extensive odometer reading within your own system was not check, nor was a quick check of the odometer of the car sitting right there. She claimed the dealer could not do business with me because of the mistake on the CarFax. CarFax even had a note indicating this could very well be a clerical error. I moved from WI to MN and had new MN licenses, the MN DOV took the milage from the title record, did not ask for the actual mileage on the car. On another occasion, in again for oil change just after warranty expired, service manager mentioned I had two bad rear shocks. Now the mileage was only a couple thousand miles over the warranty, and the condition of the shocks were not brought up on previous inspections. I thought it quite the coincidence he brought it up after the warranty period, and presented me with a more than $1000 estimate. It did not give me a whole lot of trust. This dealership, though change of ownership showed me no courtesy as a customer, but seemed to go out of their way not to make me feel like they wanted my business. I will never step foot in this dealership again. More

Shawn did a fine job, aand I assume did too. The service was good on the LOF and wheel alignment. But they did not find the problem with the power steering, and I had the problem again last ni The service was good on the LOF and wheel alignment. But they did not find the problem with the power steering, and I had the problem again last night. Th e power steering looses power when parking. Its an intermittent problem, and did't show up when the car was in the shop. Jack I will be back. I would like the Service Adviser to review the work completed before pay the Cashier. More
