Recall on Overheating Car seat The issue was not resolved. All they did was prevent the seat from heating when you remotely start the car. So GM sells you a car emphasizing a featur The issue was not resolved. All they did was prevent the seat from heating when you remotely start the car. So GM sells you a car emphasizing a feature with a price, you pay for it and then they recall it but they do not give you your money back. Should we call that a rip-off? They disabled the feature and Called it fix. I bought the car partly because of that feature knowing how cold it gets in MN. When I remotely start my car I want to leather seat to be warm. They send me a recall notice on that and Luther, instead of fixing it, just disabled the feature and they want me to be happy. Really? More

Drove right in, service check-in I had a routine service recently on my XT5 Cadillac and have nothing to say but the best of the Luther Service Team. Drove right in, service check-in was short and very friendly. I was escorted to the waiting lounge where I curled up and listened to a PodCast on my phone. Before long I was notified my car was finished. Didn't even get to hear the rest of the Podcast story! My car was washed and ready to go. Kudos to Luther Cadillac! More
