Warranty work So basically I purchased a used Escalade with an extended warranty on it as well. A month and a half later found that a part needed to be replaced that was unfortunately not covered under the warranty. I notified Luther Cadillac and some ppl who had worked with me on purchasing vehicle and they made sure to take care of me and warranted the parts and labor anyways. Didn’t cost me a dime!!... I live 2.5 hours away and they even filled my gas tank before I left, along with a car wash! I appreciated their commitment to making sure I was happy and takin care of!! Super impressed!! Thanks again you guys ROCK!! More

Made it in with my doughnut and they were able to help me get new tires on the same day, which was needed since I live in Battle Lake working remotely, but was in the office that day to meet with a client! He kept me up to date with the progress too and everyone I interacted with was very nice and friendly. This was my 2nd time working with their service department and I'm happy to recommend their services to anyone in need. More
